Brian Ascroft (Croftpak Nurseries) was recently on ITV News Granada Reports highlighting the quality of local Lancashire produce (in Brian's case tomatoes) as one the main reasons for the large number of Michelin starred restaurants around Aughton.The programme was highlighting the quality of local produce and their growers as one of the main reasons for region attracting some of the best chefs in the UK to the region.
