What will you receive by working at Haleys Business Advisers?

The salary is £32,000 to £36,000 p.a. pro-rata  this will be reviewed regularly, and you will be rewarded for career progression25 days holiday, plus bank holidays p.a. The office is closed over Christmas and New Year meaning you do not have to fight for a holiday at Christmas and can instead focus on relaxing with your family.

You will be entered in the companys bonus scheme, which is up to 10% of annual salary

We'll contribute to your pension scheme

An option to work some of the time at home

What do we need you to be?

Chartered or qualified by experience and have good experience of working in an accountancy practice

Have an ambition to progress your professional career and standing

Have good communication skills

Somebody who cares about attention to detail

Somebody who enjoys working in an ambitious team environment

What will you be doing?

Preparation of year end accounts including corporation tax computations

Preparation of management accounts

Monitoring of clients real time performance through review of Xero bookkeeping records

Review of juniors work

Assist in the development of junior staff members

Working with our client managers to improve client service
